Who we are
EMPHN works to improve health care for people living in Melbourne's east and north-east.
We are funded by the Australian Government and are part of a national network of Primary Health Networks. Our role is to help make sure people can access the right care, in the right place, at the right time - especially those who may need extra support.
We work with health professionals, service providers and the community to:
- understand local health needs
- support and fund health services
- improve how services work together
